Living room has a small balcony from where you can enjoy the view on a park. The apartment has just been renovated and it is fully furnished. It is situated on the third floor in a building without elevator, and it is just next to Joanic metro station. This eclectic area of the city is filled with cool bars, a diverse selection of restaurants, but not tourists. Those looking for a more authentic Barcelona experience will surely appreciate this special place, that is fun and lively, but still offers a tranquil environment. Gràcia is filled with plenty of things to see and do, and it is not far from other popular areas of the city. Just a short metro ride or even a 20 minute walk will bring you to Plaza Catalunya, from where you can go on to explore Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter.
